SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required. To optimize delivery, your order will be dispatched from our nearest fulfillment center based on specific product availability.

• US Local Delivery (Best-Sellers): For our most popular items stocked in our US local warehouses, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days.

• United States (Standard): For items not currently in our local stock, estimated delivery is 10-14 working days.

• United Kingdom, Europe, Australia & Asia: Estimated delivery time is generally 10-14 working days.

• Canada, Mexico, Norway & Switzerland: Estimated delivery time is generally 10-15 working days.

• Brazil & Other Regions: Estimated delivery time is usually 15-20 working days.

DELIVERY

For all orders from Anesidora, we arrange shipment immediately following successful payment. Please note that shipping may be paused during National Day or the Spring Festival due to logistics holiday schedules. We appreciate your understanding.

1. Processing Time: Items are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment. A tracking number will be provided via email once dispatched.

2. Potential Delays: Unforeseeable factors such as extreme weather or customs clearance may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience in these instances.

3. Delivery Guarantee: If you do not receive your item within the promised timeframe, please contact us. We will coordinate with the logistics provider to ensure your package reaches your door.

4. Address Accuracy: Items are sent to the address provided at checkout. To prevent returns, please ensure your address is detailed and accurate. Any additional fees incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the purchaser’s responsibility.

5. Address Changes: Please note that we cannot change the delivery address once the product is in transit.

6. Customs & Duties: Any import duties or fees charged by your local customs are the responsibility of the buyer.
